• Assisting in the preparation of budgets • Cash flow management • Managing records and receipts • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions • Preparing balance sheets • Processing invoices • Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters • Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required • Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions • Preparing balance sheets • Update internal systems with financial data • Track bank deposits and payments • Review and implement financial policies
Requirements
• BSc degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 3 years Proven work experience as a Finance Officer
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Experience using financial software
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Sharp time management skills
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
