- Check & control proforma invoices and invoices based on the instructions - Maintain the statements of customers by updating invoices and deposits - Check & control the statements of customers - Enter transactions and reconcile account balances - Balance check with the customers - Follow up and record foreign currency accounts - Booking daily transactions in accounting software - Report the foreign currency account’s situations on a daily basis - Report the customer’s statements on a weekly basis
Requirements
- At least Bachelor Degree of Accounting and related fields
- Fluent in English especially writing and reading skills
- At least 3 years work experience
- Familiar with foreign exchange house affairs is preferred
- Familiar with Sepidar system is an advantage
- Computer knowledge; windows & Microsoft Office (word, Excel, power point, outlook)
- Capability of working well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team working
- Adequate accuracy and concentration
- Preferably have experience in international companies
