Job Description
- Organizing, planning & following up the internal activities related to services and staff
- Planning and organizing for the maintenance of buildings and executive affairs and familiarity with the technical affairs of the building, including facilities and electricity
- lead service and support teams
- Handle Employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
- Provide administrative support and office staff
- Managing all communication affairs such as transportation, food, etc
- Follow up management decisions with related parties and perform necessary coordination
- Supervision of service activities
