Job Description

Objective of the role:
Actually its based on our vision and where we're going, so we need someone to rely on as loyal teammate to cooperate with .
List of responsibilities:
- Designing and phase 2 .
Reporting to: Interior manager and the leader .
Subordinates: designers .
Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.
Working hours: normally from 9 to 5 but its flexible .
Travel requirements: yes, some times and its optional.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: its depend on the person .

Requirements

The applicant should: - Be able to design and translate them into plans, elevations, perspectives, 3D images excellent skills in one of the 3D software's such as 3DMAX, Revit, or SketchUp - Efficient in a fast paced environment - Be creative, multitasking - Have knowledge of construction techniques and detailing skills ( Fluent in providing phase 2) - Be a team player, be interested, inventive, energetic and have excellent design and visualisation skills, enjoy being part of a team that seeks excellence in all aspects of design - Should have in-depth knowledge of materials, techniques and innovations related to architecture and design Complete mastery of this softwires 1. 2D AutoCAD or Revit 2. 3DMAX or Revit 3. PhotoShop 4. Vray or lumion
