- To collect data from partners, competitors, and the business environment.
- To gather data on marketing.
- Customer segmentation and selection of customer data.
- To evaluate market competition by comparing the company’s services to competitors ' ones.
- Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
- Continuous analysis of the internal and external conditions and the presentation of analytical reports.
- Understand users, their views of the world, pain points, frustrations, and what matters to them most in order to find the best solution.
- Benchmarking on other players in the industry and proposing opportunities for improvements.
- Analyze customer needs and behavior to extract trends and insights.
- Designing monitoring processes and defining meaningful KPIs for better decision making.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- Suggesting product lists and creative ideas to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and assessing the past decisions and actions.
- Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis.
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
- Regularly report on the performance of the previous promotions and plan for the future.

Requirements

- Age: Maximum 35 - Being self-motivated and self-sufficient. - Excellent communication, and presentation and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making. - Critical thinking and attention to details. - High ability to solve problems. - Ability to multitask, manage time and work under deadlines. - Three to five years of related experience in marketing or marketing research fields. - Hands - on experience on managing marketing campaigns both online and offline. - Proven marketing experience for a B2B audience and ability to deliver strong, measurable results. - Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies. - Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior. - Thorough knowledge of marketing programs and strategies. - Familiar with statistical tests - Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.). - In depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts. - Knowing the different tools of B2B and B2C marketing. - The history of market strategy design for different startup (Experience in Startup-at least 2 Startup). - English Proficiency (Fluent English skills.). - Good Team player and have experience working in agile teams. very important: An MBA “s degree or a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, marketing and other related fields from reputable public universities (good final score).
