Business Planning Specialist

Job Description

• To provide monthly report on digital product, services and projects performance in the context of revenue/cost and ensure target expectations.
• To work closely with the insight and product teams to understand customer trends and product performance and apply the learning into the forecasting process.
• To collaborate with Network Group, Sales & Distribution, and Finance to do business planning on various products/services/projects.
• To provide support in defining and tracking targets for digital services, products and projects in alignment with total Digital budget.
• To ensure relevant business rules are applied in the budget process and forecasting scenarios for Digital services, projects and platforms.
• To ensure regular updates of business planning and investment cases and communicate updated projections to related teams.
• To update the business forecast and present monthly/quarterly to the CDO and business team.
• To provide report on the performance of the Digital investments to ensure target expectations.
• To conduct in-depth analysis on the assumptions used in the Business Plan to ensure considerable level of predictability and reduce unexpected results.
• To collaborate with Finance department on yearly business plan creation and quarterly reforecasts.
• To provide support for illustrating the project’s economic indicators i.e. NPV, IRR, PI, PB.
• To create a full package of the three financial statements (Income statement, Cash flow statement & Balance sheet).
• To develop various scenarios on business plan and conducting sensitivity analysis.
• To participate in achievability analysis on new business development opportunities in conjunction with respective teams.
• To work with related teams to build annual budget plans and forecasts.
