Job Description
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive disease awareness and sales performance in the Cardiology therapeutic areas.
• Demonstrate a global view to lead and monitor all business activities and drive results to ensure effective execution of company strategies and tactics within country.
• Develop effective business plans to execute selling strategies that are consistent with corporate brand and marketing plans.
• Handle accurate budget management and P&L management.
• Manage the performance of the team by providing individual constructive feedback and coaching. Set clear direction, communicate, train, and inspire the accountable personnel in order to boost the team performance.
• Ensure that competent personnel are developed, retained and foster a result oriented culture based on continuous learning where employees are motivated and rewarded for their contributions.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with key health care stakeholders and medical experts.
• Identify and recommend new growth opportunities by leading marketing team to achieve market share growth, productivity and penetrate new segments.
• Participate and lead cross-functional teams and to achieve results through cooperation with other functions (Business Development, Distribution, Manufacturing site, Market Access, Finance, and etc.).
• Manage and adhere to all company policies, regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
• Educational background Pharm.D. or M.D. degree. • At least 10 years relevant work experience in the Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals industry, including sales and marketing experience. Working experience in MNCs is a plus. • At least 5 years of people management and coaching of professionals. • Proactively building favorable and effective relationships internally and externally, at all levels and across all functions. • Strong leadership skills and proven track record in sales and marketing accomplishment. • Proficiency with statistical and forecasting fundamentals. • Strategic commercial visionary and demonstrated analytical skills to identify markets threats and opportunities to adapt and overcome. • Conflict/ issue resolution experience. • Excellent oral and written English language skills.
