List of responsibilities: - Preparing working station to start daily shift. - Preparing the required food ingredients based on the daily menu and, such as washing fruits and vegetables, chopping and slicing meat vegetables and marinate them. - Preparing oven, grills and other equipment to start daily shift. - Cooking based on menu by supervision chef and instructions - Keeping foods safe and hygiene based on protocols - Cooking food optimally in terms of quality and quantity - Cleaning work station at the end of daily shift - Collaborate with other kitchen team under the supervision of the chef. - Follow the hygienic instructions for preparing and cooking food - Subordinates: Camp Boss. - Working hours: at least 12 hour per day, rotationally(12* 12)(28*28). - Travel requirements: at least once a month.
Requirements
- University Qualifications: at least Diploma.
- Other certifications obtained: Medical card.
- Nature and length of previous experience: 3-5 years in cooking.
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Team work-adaptability-working far from family-work in tough weather condition.
