Job Description
• Checking daily attendance of the personnel
• Preparing new employee files and sending request for laptop and email addresses
• Completing compensation and benefit documentation
• Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
• Answering payroll questions
• Preparing contracts for the personnel and third parties
• Lead annual review of the benefit and compensation plans for cost effectiveness, competitiveness and trends.
• Leverage population health data to develop and deliver meaningful interventions to improve health outcomes and/or compliance.
• Oversee the compliance of the benefit programs, Plan Documents, and legislative filings.
• Responsible for contract management as well as the preparation and evaluation of bids for vendors and consultants.
• Develop and conduct analysis such as compensation statistics, project analytics in addition to modeling and testing market comparisons.
• Assist and collaborate, as appropriate, in the planning, coordination, facilitation,
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Maintaining appropriate documentation for accounting purpose.
• Dealing with internal team and Client queries and complaints; and addressing them.
• Need to be 'on-call' (if required) beyond normal business hours in order to address any needs.
Requirements
• Good communication and Team management skills • Good command of English • Familiar with office software ( excel ,word , PowerPoint ) • Minimum 4 years Industrial experience (preferred: Experience in same jobs in FMCG)
