We are looking for a rock star individual to join our Snapp CRM team to boost our business growth by leveraging commercial insights, data science, and customer analytics.
Responsibilities
Customer clustering with the help of data science and commercial insights
Implement customer-focused life cycle campaigns to onboard, increase frequency, enhance loyalty, and reduce churn of ride-hailing service customers with a clear focus on improving their retention rates and CLV
Perform rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to optimize key performance metrics
Set up efficient reporting that provides timely feedback and valuable insights to form future strategies
