Job Description

We are looking for a professional who will support IranTalent with Microsoft CRM program;

- Maintaining CRM, sales support software and reporting tools, supporting and training
- Preparing various analyses based on the sales and needs of team
- Running designed CRM campaigns
- Compiling and distributing up to date reporting on designed campaigns measuring all relevant
CRM KPIs
- Secures clean data
- Sharing CRM requirements to vendors and prepares related reports
- In charge of the flow of the CRM system in stages of designing, developing, testing and solution
provision
- Any other assigned tasks

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of related experience as a Microsoft CRM Specialist - BA/Masters in related fields - Professional experience with C#, SQLServer and TSQL - CRM knowledge is an asset - Good understanding of CRM processes - Proven process understanding and application management - Must be a self-guided, creative, highly organized and motivated individual - Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills - Problem solver and logical thinker - Willing to learn new tools and apply innovative concepts on the job - Adapting well to change and providing creative solutions to challenge
