- A general understanding of businesses, and a deep understanding of all aspects of services and digital products.
- Proven experience in designing digital products that serve real users.
- Able to understand the stakeholder's needs, define questions/problems, and design different solutions to meet business goals.
- Able to effectively communicate with software engineers and other team members.
- Professional with visual design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and others.
- A degree in a design field is a bonus.
