A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Responsible for Maintain and develop the key E&A core competencies by coaching E&A technicians in the factory and facilitating professional exchange at the factory level.
• Accountable for full compliance on Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and environment. Ensure the application of the factory E&A related legislation (i.e. electrical, calibration, etc.).
• Leads E&A improvements and capital investments projects in the factory ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards.
• Optimize energy/water consumption at the factory level, by implementing proper Maintenance & Improvement activities to the factory assets and respecting SHE policies.
• Work closely with maintenance, production, and quality team to improve operational performance.
• Select and qualify contractors and coordinate their activities. Ensure that the Nestlé standards are applied, promoting the development of environment-friendly and sustainable solutions
• Managing M&A projects in accordance with the defined timing, cost and quality, and the characteristics of a unit operation, all the elements of the project (including technical people training, as needed) in such a way that safety is always guaranteed on the whole project site and a vertical start-up is assured.
