Expert of Supervision on Exchanges & Issuers

Job Description

- Review funding requests through issuance of debt securities and supervising on public offering of debt securities, as well as development of financial instruments through designing, and proposal of using Islamic financial instruments in the capital market
- Review the requests related to the issuance of licenses for establishment, public offering, the capital changes of public companies in the capital market, as well as monitoring the processes related to these companies
- Registration and issuance of licenses for the public offering of registration-free equity securities, and monitoring the good performance of implementing rules and regulations in the field of issuing equity securities, and implementing assignments prescribed in the Note 5 of Article 6 of the general policies of the Article 44 of the Constitutional Law
- Continuous monitoring of all activities related to securities exchange markets, aiming to detect trading violations and report current market events in order to organize, maintain and develop a transparent, fair, and efficient securities and commodities markets
- Carrying out affairs related to supervision on exchanges, over-the-counter markets, and central securities depository companies, as well as supervising the settlement of funds under the law, terms, and principles and Articles of Associations of corporate governance, dissemination of market information, holding assemblies
- To receive and complete positive documents, expertly reporting of capital market misconducts by the public, as well as taking appropriate measures
- Investigating the publication of information submitted by capital market issuers, halting and reopening their symbols, as well as investigating, reviewing, and controlling documents
