Job Description

- Check all the documents received
- Draft bill of lading according to shipping instruction
- Input, check & fill all details of export shipments
- Work with shipping software such as OTMS
- Conduct export correspondence with line and clients
- The candidate will be trained properly to conduct the assigned tasks

Requirements

- Good reading and writing skills in English - Expertise in MS office - Ability to establish good relationships with clients and colleagues - Experience with OTMS Shipping software is an asset - Working experience in shipping companies is an advantage - Ability to make good judgements and take quick decisions - Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
