Fashion Store Manager

Job Description

Our design and fashion brand(Comode) is a design space to promote Iranian contemporary lifestyle.

We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our store, Comode. As the Store Manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.
The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
• Plan to raise our customers’ pool and expand store traffic
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
• Propose innovative ideas to increase sales
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
• Manage the pre-planned events in a smooth way
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed
