Job Description

- Control and guide accounts department with bookkeeping and follow all necessary local tax and accounting procedures
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
- Co-ordinate annual audit process with auditors and submit necessary information
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Fulfill other duties and responsibilities set by procedures and other duties
- Predominant in declaration affairs, tax and value-added.
- Preparing the list of salaries and wages and insurance.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Interact with the company's internal and external auditors
- Prepare and review expenses, budgets, revenues, expenses, invoices
- Preparation of profit and loss statements and monthly accounting reports
- Record cost and income documents based on the sales invoice
- Revenue and expense trend analysis

Requirements

- Education Level: Min Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Experience: Min 5 years of progressive accounting experience with parts of it being in a supervisory role - Computer skills: Advanced Microsoft office knowledge specially in Excel. Experience with other financial systems also preferred - Energetic, self-motivated, diligent. - Excellent communication skills. - Familiar with all affairs of tax and asset. - Familiar with the rules of salaries and insurance - Ability to work under pressure and remain accurate - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
