Job Description

- To Expert assistant in Rial and foreign currency financial documents and collect and classify customer documents and submit to the financial unit.
- To develop and maintain a continuous relationship with clients
- Getting in touch with clients to understand their needs, gathering feedback, and monitoring their preferences
- Follow up the process from start to end
- Develop and maintain customer information and database
- Submit and Archive all the documents (Hard Copy and Electronic)

Requirements

- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and organizational skill - Motivated and self-directed, ability to work with minimum supervision - Good teamwork spirit & hardworking - Office skills (Excel): Excellent - Computer skills of MS Office & related software - Sharp - English skills: intermediate - Mathematics and data analysis - Excellent at social interaction ( customers and colleagues) - Flexible working time) Ability to work extra time when necessary )
