Job Description

We are looking for Financial Assistants to work in our head office in Tehran. This professional is expected to possess intermediate administrative skills obtained through experience and training to support employees and provide clients with quality service. Follows established procedures to perform routine tasks and receives general guidance and direction to perform a variety of non-routine tasks with limited decision-making responsibility.
- Be knowledgeable in all firm technology and established policies to provide quick, accurate responses to clients and departmental inquiries.
- Receive, register, and submit all mail, internal, and external correspondence.
- Organizing office and clerical affairs
- Adjusting daily schedule, meetings, appointments trips, and visits
- Obtain a draft and track the type of letters and the required documents
- Provide excellent telephone service to clients and potential clients, including prompt, accurate, and timely attention to detail.
- Maintenance and preservation of all documents based on relevant criteria and procedures, and their confidentiality
- Giving declaration of orders to required stakeholders
- Accumulate information and the results of the actions taken on related states
- Follow up on daily documents and approval process as well

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management/ Commerce, or other related fields - +3 years of prior experience in a similar role - High attention to detail & accuracy - Control minded – able to set up appropriate steps to manage own and others work output - Proficiency in MS Office - Great Documentation skill - Excellent communication skills
