• Verifying importation and customs • Monitoring receiving importation permissions prior arrival of goods and obtaining clearance permission to guarantee on time clearance • Conducting regular evaluation on service providers performance to ensure having proper qualification in place, when managing importation and customs clearance process • Communicating and collaborating regularly and consistently with the authorities to foresee future challenges as well as address day to day issues to protect company interest. • Consulting with customs agents to ease passage of shipments through customs. • Checking and updating the tariff codes and customs duty of imported goods. • Monitoring and sharing relevant import laws and procedures. • Exploring taxes, duties exemption opportunities to reduce/avoid cost of operation • Minimizing the clearance lead time and managing to make them sustainable and ensure efficiency and product availability correspondence, negotiation, ordering and documentation.
Requirements
• At least 5-7 years of clearance and import experience in pharmaceutical and medical equipment
Minimum Bachelor's / Master's Degree in MBA / English Translation, Business Administration
• The age can be 30 to 40 years
• Be familiar with import and export rules and regulations
• Responsible for tracking shipping orders
• Experienced in international trade negotiations
• Handling correspondence and documents in both English and Persian
• Having communication skills
• Have negotiation skills
