Job Description

- Create and maintain project accounts in the accounting system
- Providing project managers and clients with timely financial reports and budgets, as well as project forecasts.
- Issuing invoices and purchase orders, as well as paying consultant, subcontractor, vendor, and supplier bills.
- Prepare all supporting information, documents and all necessary letters and Statement of defense to social security organization or any other court house for getting insurance clearance of the contracts and attend in all meeting and court sessions
- Monitoring receivable income and supporting project managers with collections.
- Process vendor and sub-contractor invoices accurately and within assigned timeline.

Requirements

-BS/MS degree in accounting - Knowing and having background of gas & oil projects - 10 solid years related experience (auditing and accounting of gas & oil projects) - Having working proficiency in English language (read and comprehension of daily correspondence) - Proficient in financial software especially RAHKARAN System financial Modules - Familiar with accounting standards - Proficient in Microsoft Office specially Excel, Word & PowerPoint - Team worker, Professional with positive attitude - Reliability and the ability to take over responsibility
