Job Description

• Filling, Record and maintain all staff documents including staff profiles and etc., and responsible for any requested files.
• Perform periodic system information backup from Databases e.g. staff services.
• Responsible for accuracy of soft filed information and structured filing of hard and soft copies.
• Provide welfare Services to staff and submitting any financial effect resulted from welfare-related issues to the Finance division and line manager
• Tracking the staff welfare matters for better implementation such as Social security, supplementary insurance, all of the loans, sports complex, travel, SIM, modem and etc.
• Provide administrative services to other units within HR on Shared Services Manager’s requests
• Follow up and ensure prompt response on referrals with respect to new employees with the referees
• Distribution of all kinds of staff gifts and provide reports
• Issue the different letters for staff regarding the HR policy
• Respond to customer queries and requests on non-technical issues and escalate to the assigned manager/exec when necessary.
• Following up on all HR financial matters with finance and other division regarding resolving them including PR's, Petty cash, CAPEX purchasing orders and etc.
• Deliver the admin tasks needed for helping the staffing team regarding resourcing

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or related • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administrative Area; with experience in working with others • Experience working in a small to medium organization • Fluent in English
