Job Description

List of responsibilities:
- Ensure that the HSE Company’s policies are known, understood and adhered to.
- Ensure that the Company Health, Safety, Environment Management System (HSE MS) are implemented and maintained.
- Responsible for adherence to company guidelines, procedures, plans, policies and software.
- Personally responsible for own safety and conducting one’s self to the standards of Company Policies and Procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to the rig personnel and update them on the Best practices in HSE
- Conduct HSE inspections, tours and spot-checks, both scheduled and random for ensuring the safe and health condition and good housekeeping in the workplace.
- Conduct HSE Inspection according to Company HSE Inspection Schedule
- Report to the OIM and HSE Manager any unsafe practices / unsafe conditions/health hazards/environmental aspect &impacts (Anomaly Report) at the rig.
- Consult, advice and direct at rig Drilling Operations in matters relating to HSE.
- Participation in, and coordination the rig HSE meetings
- Train all incomers to rigs as per HSE induction procedure.
- Implement the SAFETY OBSERVATION CARD program on rig.
- Implement the operational systems and procedures to include but not be limited to: Permit to Work System, Lock-Out/Tag-Out System, Hazardous Chemical- MSDS, PPE System, H2S Awareness and other required HSE activities.
- Participate in all related external safety audits at Rig.
- Co-ordination of all formal risk assessments and job safety analysis meetings for routine and none routine jobs at Rig.
- Co-ordination risk assessment sessions for any procedure, operation and equipment changes at Rig.
- Implementation of Environment Management Plan

Reporting to: OIM, HSE Manager.
Subordinates: Rig crew .
Length of Probation Period: 2 Month.
Working hours: 12 hours per day, Rotational Basis(14*14 or 28*28).
Travel requirements: yes (once a month at least).
