Job Description
• Fix hardware and software problems of all existing computer systems
• Preparing profile document of network computers
• Network Maintenance and Management
• Investigation and use of methods and strategies to deal malware and attacks
• Maintaining network communication
• Technical support of all network systems and units
• Software support for all applications used in the network and centers including (office automation, training software, website, attendance, salary accounting, etc.)
• Perform undergraduate steps, purchase, repair and update IT equipment
• Consulting , guidance and cooperation with managers, staff selecting existing software, hardware and databases and other resources to meet the needs
• Reviewing existing products and systems and proposing possible alternatives to meet the specified needs
• Install, adjust and change software, networks, information banks and other systems
• Cooperation in assessing the needs and evaluation of potential purchases to adapt to existing systems
• Review and coagulation of existing maintenance and support contracts with technical supervision

High Teamwork and public relations capability Ability to analyze and solve problems Master SQL Server Administration and T-SQL Fluent in Help-Desk Affairs Full familiarity with Microsoft-based networks (MCSE) Fluent in Excel software Familiarity and mastery of sales and distribution software (Varanegar) Fluent in English Punctual, good ethics, high recording and responsibility Work experience in distribution industry
