Job Description

- Develop new plugins, workflows and web service APIs in ITSM and BPM systems
- Administration and Management, Customizing, Reporting in ITSM and BPM tools
- Design and programming the front layer of the tools using jQuery, HTML, and CSS
- Identify creative work-around to meet requirements without the development of custom code
- Creating/maintaining users, roles, reports and dashboards

Requirements

- MS/BS in software engineering or IT engineering with at least 3 years of work experience in the related areas - Experience in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes - Hands on experience of analysis in a web development environment - Experience with .Net core, ASP.Net MVC - Experience with SQL Server and TSQL development - Strong JavaScript skills and knowledge of React or Angular - Strong command over HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web designing - Good with the implementation of RESTful APIs, web services and JSON. - Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills - Problem solver and logical thinker - Willing to learn new tools and apply innovative concepts on the job - Adapting well to change and providing creative solutions to challenge - Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
