Job Description
Our instrumentation department needs the skills and expertise of an experienced Sales Engineer. We're overhauling our sales force, weeding out ineffective strategies and introducing more technologically sound policies. The successful candidate will take over the helm of this initiative, instituting new techniques and strategies that will increase our revenue and position us as the leading instrumentation company. We're looking for a creative but budget-conscious professional who can both take and give direction.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Create new sales and marketing strategies that target potential customers and positions our equipment as the best solutions for prospective clients.
• Learn the technical details concerning how our equipment works and what problems it solves for our clients.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after the initial meeting to manage customer relations
• Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
Requirements
• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferably a major in Control Engineering, Automation and Instrumentation Engineering and Electronics Engineering. • At least 5 years previous sales experience required • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Strong English language skills
