Job Description

•Main Objective:
Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) Iran is actively seeking a candidate for the position of Intellectual Property Assistant on an entry level

•Main Responsibilities:
-Coordinating office matters
-Corresponding to client queries via email or telephone
-Covering the processes for registration of intellectual properties
-Maintaining continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management
-Working hours are Saturday-Wednesday; 9:00 a.m. - 17:30 p.m.

Requirements

-Bachelor Degree in English (language, literature, translation) or law / Higher education is not mandatory, but a plus -Minimum 2 years of experience at a full-time office job -Candidates, skilled in English, with degrees in other fields, may also apply -Experience in the area of intellectual property is not mandatory but a plus -Effective team player -Fast and flexible learner -Close attention to detail -Time management multi-tasking abilities -High levels of organizational and communication skills -Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks based on their level of importance -Maintain a high level of both speed and accuracy under all circumstances -Expert computer, typing, and research skills -Adequately skilled at English to Persian translation (and vice-versa) -Skilled at writing, editing, paraphrasing in both English and Persian -Highly skilled at carrying out searches and conducting research -Have an extremely sharp eye for writing errors, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation -Near-native in English (written and spoken) -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 37
