Job Description

We are looking for a top creative designer who is a self-motivator with an ability to succeed in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. The successful candidate is a Senior Level Designer who can maintain strong working relationships with the design team as a whole.

In this role you will:
- Generate new concepts and create fresh ideas on a variety of project types to meet client requirements
- Supervise and lead the team to reach excellent design outcomes while meeting the deadlines
- Prepare concept design, schematic design and design development
- Work collaboratively with the Design Leadership in preparing drawing assignments, deliverable and schedules
- Function as a conduit between conceptual design process and architectural implementation

Requirements

- Master or Bachelor’s Degree (MS/BS) in Architecture - 6+ year’s experience in Architecture - Professional in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Rhino 3-D Modeling - Knowledge of Lumion and Revit is a plus - Previous experience of design team supervision or leadership
