IT Project Coordinator

Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of all assigned ITS projects against the project plans on a daily basis.
• Contribute in Planning of ITS assigned projects.
• Ensure all assigned ITS projects are well defined in terms of detailed ITS project .
• Coordinate the implementation of all assigned ITS projects against the overall project plan based on time and budgetary constraints.
• Identify reasons for delays in assigned ITS projects and plan activities
• Apply Risk Management principles on all assigned ITS projects .
• Ensure the performance of resources is up to the required standard
• Ensures ITS project documents are complete and stored appropriately
• Monitor impact of assigned new ITS projects on the overall ITS systems Constantly and evaluate the impact and core areas of influence on ITS platforms
• Assist and facilitate in scoping and evaluation of new required software and hardware for projects
• Track and report assigned ITS projects progress and performance of resources including Irancell teams, Vendors to ITS management according to ITS project management policies.
• Ensure that assigned ITS projects are aligned with Procurement and financial processes of company.
• Accomplish the functions related to administration of the PMO processes e.g. Demand management and P&S committee
