Job Description

IT sales operation support is responsible to support and maintain sales software system, and coordinate well with all sales software users regarding problems and instruction for solving them.

Main Responsibilities:

• provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
• Carrying out matters related to reviewing and correcting the problems of sales systems
• Assisting line manager in implementing and rollout of DMS (Distributor Management Systems)
• Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
• Ensure tickets are resolved in an orderly timeframe
• Responsible to provide training to end-users
• Travel across the country on need basis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field • Minimum 3-4 years of experience to work on any DMS system in the market • Proficient with IT technology, especially computers, sales software applications, and good knowledge of SQL Server • Able to design process flow by using Visio Software • Good working knowledge of MS Office particularly advance excel • Capability to organize several tasks under pressure • Effective communication skills • Good Command of English
