Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Carrying out matters related to the definition of requirements and the executive and content structure of information technology projects in companies of the Karafarin Bank Investment Group
-Specify the roadmap, phasing the project, and presenting the product features
-Ability to evaluate the implementation of product development proposals from a technical perspective
-Ability to follow project-related tasks to achieve results
-Communication management, supervision, and promotion of projects defined by :
- technical consultants, 2- technical staff, 3- technical partner companies, 4- technical contractor companies in projects related to the Karafarin Bank Investment Group.
-Ability to plan, manage and coordinate activities in different projects and different teams

Requirements

Key capabilities: -Work experience in technology companies or supervising technology projects -Work experience and deep knowledge of the technical infrastructure of systems in one of the areas of financial services; With the priority of banking system, payment, and the capital market -Familiarity with the following tools and concepts: -Familiar with a variety of software architectures, databases, and software engineering principles -Familiarity with SCRUM method and agile development methods -Familiarity with UI & UX concepts -Familiarity with concepts related to digital transformation -Familiarity with the concepts and tools of Data Science -Familiarity with the concepts of management information systems (MIS) -Familiarity with software management software -Ability and experience to study international reports in English and analytical reporting
