Job Description

• Design, adapt, test, and implement features and reports in the ERP software
• Determine software requirements through discussion with users and management
• Evaluate the time required to complete bug and feature requests to help prioritize them
• Identify other user needs in terms of software
• Ensure code changes are tracked using git
• Participate in selected inter-departmental meetings, conferences, conference calls, and planning
• Perform coding, testing, and maintenance on existing programs with some direction and supervision

Requirements

• Strong knowledge with the Git revision control • Experience in RDBMS such as ORACLE, postgresql and Mysql • Experience in software development in CRM/ERP is an advantage • Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills • Advanced knowledge of Linux operating system • Strong organizational and problem solving skills • Excellent Communication skills (strong verbal and written required) • Teaming skills • Time management and multi-tasking skills • Ability to easily adapt to changes in processes, procedures, and priority • Experience with python, php is a plus
