Job Description

• Ensure the IT systems maintenance with monitoring of incident and problems for quick resolution.
• Ensure the Office Automation and Applications deployment for equipment and software.
• Ensure upgrades or deployments of application software packages and remote distribution to workstations and users.
• Follow development and testing phases with respect to the validated time plan.
• Organize the acceptance test and the Friendly User test and follow up on corrections or improvements with Business Analyst as required.
• Execute security test according to the Company guidelines.
• Provide answers to users for all specific issues and resolve them within the defined SLA.
• Report to HQ unresolved problems to the Team coordinator and suitable level of management.
• Report on equipment and service problems (internal & external) and supervision of supplier resolution to completion.
• Distribute the application support documentations.
• Provide support and training to layer 1 & 2 engineers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others.
• Positive and proactive attitude

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in telecom or IT Service desk industry. - Relevant IT Industry related certifications: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations V.3 - Intermediate English. - Intermediate Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.) skills. - Strong customer service abilities - Have good experience in SQL. - Have experience in Linux - Familiar with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage
