Job Description

• Supervise the activities of field sales team in order to achieve annual sales volume objectives for a specific product portfolio while remaining within an agreed cost budget and respecting ethical guidelines defined by the company.
• Effectively communicate product benefits to all relevant customers with the aim to achieve predetermined sales and profit margins.
• To maintain and improve product knowledge of the sales force and field to continually update knowledge on the product, competitors and market dynamics.
• To create and execute product tactical plans within specified time frames via the sales force and to measure quantitatively and qualitatively thereafter.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service.
• Inventory stock management.
• Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales.
• Resolve complaints regarding sales and service.
• Review the operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Monitor sales activities via double visits.
• Coach his/her team behaviorally and technically.
• To reinforce and grow customer loyalty to our products.

Requirements

• University degree holder (B.Sc/PHD laboratory science, molecular biology, Medical Biochemistry or related field). • Study as a laboratory’s technician or other study related to molecular/PCR testing. • At least 5 years’ experience in sales, ideally on lab business. • Working experience with laboratories, ideally in the hospitals and/or private sector, research centers and have a strong understanding of lab business. • Back ground in laboratory business and/or knowledge about diagnostic tests techniques. • Excellent Communication skills. • Ability to work autonomously. • Effective problem solving and decision making skills. • Affinity with information technology and proficiency in office suite. • Very good English literacy (written and oral) is a must. • Flexibility to travel across the country and abroad.
