Job Description

- Review, interpert and comment on legal non-judicial inquiries, organizational contracts, legal texts, and capital market regulations, and conduct legal interactions with other regulatory bodies
- Investigate complaints and make necessary inquiries, respond to complainants and discover violations and refer to regulatory bodies and resolve and settle complaints
- Carrying out issues related to filing cases, documenting, making necessary inquiries, scheduling of appointments to investigate violations, attending the meeting as the secretary, pursuing the implementation of disciplinary rulings and violations of persons subject to the Article 35 of the Securities - Market ACT and other persons under the supervision of the SEO

Requirements

- Familiarity with laws and regulations - Familiarity with capital market laws and regulations - Familiarity with the interpretation of legal texts - Having required knowledge of reviewing and analyzing reports - Familiarity with the capital market processes - Having required knowledge of writing administrative decision Experience required: At least 2 years of relevant work experience Required fields of study: Master’s degree in Economic Law, Private Law, Public Law, Criminal and Criminology Law, Intellectual Property rights, International Law, Commercial Law, International Trade Law
