Description:
We are looking for a Management Accountant who is going to help the management team make better decisions by preparing and providing monthly financial reports and analysis. The analysis involves the financial performance of some of the subsidiaries of Hezardastan Group like Balad, Sotoon, Gharar, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial reports for directors.
- Supporting different teams with preparing or troubleshooting their reports.
- Preparing interactive and useful financial reports.
- Creating one standard reporting process for all the subsidiaries and teams of Hezardastan Holding.
- Ensuring compliance and consistency of financial reports coming from different teams.
- Simplifying the reporting process in order to make it easy to learn and transfer.
- Interacting constantly with other team members in order to improve the accuracy of financial reports.
- Correcting possible discrepancies and inconsistencies in financial reports created by other teams and improving the reliability of the reports as much as possible.
- Proposing efficient and suitable coding for financial systems.

Requirements

- At least one year of experience in Management reporting or related fields. - Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other common reporting software. - Being familiar with financial, property & payroll systems. - A keen eye for details. - Deadline oriented and able to stick to time constraints. - Ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized and concise manner. - Ability to work independently and propose solutions to unexpected problems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated to manage competing priorities. - Negotiating skills and ability to develop strong working relationships. - Getting along well with others and be proactive and interactive.
