POSITION SUMMARY:
Propose and develop brand strategies and set brand objectives in line with Nestle global guidelines within agreed budgets.
Deliver consistent image and quality of brand in consumer satisfaction by identifying the area of opportunities and addressing key brand issues.
Further, drive the translation of brand strategies into concrete annual brand activation plans and programs.
Analyze available data and researches and come up with valuable insights and proposals based on the robust understanding of market and consumers’ insights.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Accelerate achieving growth target through establishing and executing marketing programs which directly contribute to sales, brand recognition and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible in developing and implementing marketing plans for NPL brand.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plans tailored for each customer /channel
- Responsible for survey /research pertaining to market knowledge, customer knowledge, competitor analysis, consumer analysis, to develop the market opportunities, and update the product mix.
- Responsible for the product management processes and implementation
- To work with I&R and sales department on the stage and gate of the new product launch, execution and follow up.
- Marketing Communications
- Responsible for developing marketing communication plans which include 1 to 1 communication, online communications, on ground event, PR to support the launch of the new product to support the sales team.
Requirements
ARE YOU A FIT? - Graduate in Marketing/Business - At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably water or beverage manufacturing - Good command of written and spoken English - Good Project Management - Computer skills: excellent command of power point + good knowledge of excel, word - Good communication skills and team player - Creative, energetic, self-motivated - Analytical, has strong business acumen and works efficiently - Ability to make decisions and build consensus - Ability to work interdependence with other departments and colleagues e.g. Business Manager, I&R, Sales, Technical Advisor, Operations, Finance, etc. - Good time management skills & ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
