Job Description

Marketing specialists help develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. Their work includes researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the organization's marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach the target market. Depending on the role, marketing specialists may also help with the coordination of events such as trade shows or conferences.
- Develop and implementing marketing plans.
- Undertaking competitor research and analysis.
- Established goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional)
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
- Promoting brand awareness through marketing effort
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
- Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
- Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
- Assisting with the analysis of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates and online traffic in order to improve future marketing and campaigns.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market
- Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions
- Works with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials

Requirements

- At least Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field - 2-5 years of experience in marketing - Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail - Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills - Ability to travel as necessary
