Job Description

-Marketing support and know how transfer to operative Sales (recommendations, complain management) & operational marketing (product positioning, spray programs, pre-marketing)
-Follow up demo trials (own/contractors) in coordination with field technician and use the results on product launch activities; Spray programs; Seed varieties
-Preparing market overview along with all relative departments
-Plan, organize and execute field days with cooperation Technical Specialist.
-Prepare and Participate in regional customer meetings in coordination with Sales team
-Execute marketing tools (offline-online tools, events, fairs etc.) and responsible for marketing support budget
-Ensure know how transfer and information exchange with technical specialist
-Key account for all types of regional advisors (independent, retailers & state)
-Visit big farms together with Sales Executives. Execute and deliver related Market analyses (Treated areas, intensification, cost, competition, GAP analyses)
-Support Market Approach Strategy processes along with Sales organization

Requirements

-University degree in Agricultural Engineering (Preferably in Plant Protection or Field Crops) -Working experience in Agriculture Market -Fluent in English -Good knowledge of MS Office -Excellent work organization and flexibility -Very good communication & presentation skills -Knowledge in plant protection, plant production and farm management -Knowledge about planning, conduction and evaluation of field trials -Ideal Age Range: 24 - 45
