- Development of product pricing system
- Increasing the company's market share
- Increase product sales
- Attract new customers esp. in cooking industry
- Accurate information of the implementation of macro and micro marketing plans to all units
- Research and analyze a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest competitors' products and strategies
- Assisting with existing and new product development
- Identifying target markets and how best to reach them

Requirements

- At least MBA /BS in management, food industry or other related fields - At least 5 years of experience in cooking or food industry - Leadership experience in fine dining or catering services required - Expert in marketing and branding concepts and principles - Expert in marketing research and related quantitative and qualitative methods - Expert in marketing and strategic analysis tools - Has market penetration planning, product/positioning development and brand management experience esp. in foods - Has experience in project and program management - Able to create and report presentations as needed - excellent in Communication skills, Teamwork Oriented, Maintains a Good Energy Level, Thorough and Organized, Professional - The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines - Fluent in English - Excellent in teamwork and communication skills - Excellent in MS office - Gender: Male
