Requirements
- At least MBA /BS in management, food industry or other related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in cooking or food industry
- Leadership experience in fine dining or catering services required
- Expert in marketing and branding concepts and principles
- Expert in marketing research and related quantitative and qualitative methods
- Expert in marketing and strategic analysis tools
- Has market penetration planning, product/positioning development and brand management experience esp. in foods
- Has experience in project and program management
- Able to create and report presentations as needed
- excellent in Communication skills, Teamwork Oriented, Maintains a Good Energy Level, Thorough and Organized, Professional
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Fluent in English
- Excellent in teamwork and communication skills
