Job Description

This position is for the sales activities in a defined territory of the country. The incumbent provides marketing and sales services for a defined product, including field sales and marketing activities and having necessary knowledge for convincing customers.
The position is the link between the company and the healthcare providers. The objective is to increase the awareness about the usage, indications, precautions, and all aspects related to the products of the company and outsell.
• Presenting company products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases.
• Develop and consolidate relationship with the clients (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, hospital medical teams, and distributor staff) by regular visits to deliver proper information.
• Obtain and maintain latest information about customers to have an updated list of clients in each area, and also to have a positive influence to support development and implementation of marketing & sales strategies.
• Ensure sufficient product availability and inventory, territory coverage, reporting & feedback and fulfilling the tasks as defined and instructed by the company by coordination with the concerned supervisor.
• Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to supervisors.
• Monitor competitors' activities, and the availability of their products.
• Continuously maintain and improve the knowledge about the related medical field, the company product and also the competitors to remain up to date.
• Close coordination with the direct supervisor to plan an appropriate field coverage to visit the clients and contacts, and create effective plans to improve sales in the defined territory and the whole country.

Requirements

- Professional Qualifications: team-work spirit, good interpersonal relationship with respect to hierarchy, energetic, innovative and creative, problem-solving attitude, persuasive manner and negotiating skills. - Good command of English. - Good command of computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office). - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Planning, analytical and organizational skills. - Flexible (in working hours, work conditions, travels, etc.) - Ability to cope with stress and work under pressure.
