- Monitoring and Ticketing - Troubleshooting - Following problems and presenting solutions - Setting up telecommunication centers, infrastructure, 4G pop sites - Documentation, Presenting and updating reports - Following all subscribers’ issues - Testing equipment for a replacement or development
Requirements
- Perfectly familiar with networking concepts
- Mastery and work experience with Mikrotik and Cisco
- Perfectly familiar with CCNA
- Perfectly familiar with MTCNA
- Familiar with monitoring software like Cacti-Solar-Zabbix
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (Days and nights)
