-Management of supervisors and field agents in order to get the highest performance in driver acquisition -Understand the needs of fleet supervisors and field agents and provide solutions and support for them -Regularly visit region and direct monitoring the performance of supervisors and field agents -Organize, train and coordinate supervisors’ operational planning -Recruit, train, advise and regulate new fleet supervisors -Determining the performance target of supervisors and consequently the Targets of field agents -Monitor and investigate market situation competitors -Provide innovative plan to improve the quality of fleet acquisition -Provide practical KPIs to improve the performance of supervisors and field agents
Requirements
-At least Bachelor's degree or higher (Industrial Engineering or one of the management disciplines will be preferred)
-At least 3 years of relevant work experience under the title of management, team lead, sales supervisor (supervision of at least 8 people)
-Familiarity with Ms Office, especially Excel
-Having a result-oriented spirit
-Familiarity with the principles and techniques of negotiation
-Good public relation
-Motivated to grow
-Responsible, with high perseverance
-Ability to do teamwork
-Having experience in FMCG companies is an advantage
