Job Description
- Be connected regularly with our patient, resolve their complaints or answer patients' questions regarding possible side effects and procedures of use of product
- Regular visit of hospitals and train other Nurses about proper use of product and answer to their possible questions
- Have regular trips to other provinces of Iran for supervising the work or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems
- Be trained and then could be able to instruct other employees about scientific and regulatory issues
- Report to direct manager weekly
- Write relevant SOP and design the related forms
Requirements
- Bachler or master in Nursing - Minimum 2 years of experience in Nursing or patient support - Good command of computer knowledge: Microsoft office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and internet searching - No restriction to have travel to other provinces - Preferable age: between 25-35 years - Well organized and detail oriented personality - Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills (active listening, speaking ...) - A relevant work in the field of chronic diseases would be preference
