Job Description

A Personal Assistant (PA) works with senior staff to provide one-to-one support. Typically PAs support senior managers by offering administrative help such as monitoring a manager's email, drafting communications on their behalf, planning and organizing meetings and their travel.
-schedule meetings/appointments, answering calls, handling emails and documentation
-keeping up to date with schedules and event calendars
-be discreet at all times and mirror the boss

Requirements

Excellent communication skills Passion & commitment Fluent in English Female only (25-30 years old) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Responsible and having excellent attention to details
