Job Description

The job of project planning and control, is responsible to evaluate of suggested projects which perform profitable and useful in the organization, and helps the developmental, constructing and executive organization plans by projecting, planning, monitoring, evaluating and controlling them which leads to effective and efficient management of organization resources.
Duties:
- Daily interaction with project teams and follow-up activities and project phases.
- Prepare and adjust a schedule of plans, programs and projects.
- Attending administrative meetings, preparing progress and closing projects and plans reports.
- Audit and monitor the proper implementation of active and ongoing projects.
- Preparation of management reports and analysis of projects in terms of cost, time, quality and procurement and human resource management.
- Preparation of feasibility study (technical and economical) for plans &proposals to approve them.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering. - At least +6 years of relevant experience related to Planning and Project Control. (The experience in variety of projects is advantage). - Fluent in project management knowledge (PMBOK). - Fluent in feasibility study structure. - Be able in analysis and problem solving. - Fluent in Economic Calculation of plans and Projects software (CAMFAR). - Mastery of project planning software (MS PROJECT & PRIMAVERA). - The spirit of pursuit and responsibility. - Teamwork ability. - Stress management. - Interaction, negotiation and individual and & communication. - Mastery of Word, Excel and Visio software. - Mastery of executive processes and project software.
