Job Description
• Designing integrated project planning and control processes for projects, evaluating processes in implementation and improving them, accompanying the project In the implementation of processes, preparation of main project scheduling programs, project control and their continuous follow-up so that projects are completed according to the approved schedule and budget.

- Provide a supervisory and controlling role on project management processes and continuous improvement
- Defining key indicators of project performance and continuous measurement
- Development of reporting processes and preparation of report templates
- Prepare project schedule, resource planning
- Follow up the problems of projects and solve them systematically
- Provide training in knowledge areas and project management processes to the organization and project team
- Controlling the process of project implementation and updating programs, controlling project progress, controlling project scope and managing changes
- Prepare project performance reports, portfolios, progress and other project analytical reports and provide early warnings to the project
Requirements
Skills required: - Complete mastery of knowledge and principles of project planning and control - Mastery of PMBOK guide and familiar with PRINCE2 methodology - Ability to develop project planning and control methodology (project planning and control instructions) - Full mastery of the implementation and full implementation of project planning and control principles in several projects - Ability to analyze project problems and follow up to solve them systematically - Mastery of scheduling, resource allocation and leveling, risk management, updating and monitoring the progress of scheduling programs, preparation of workshop executive plans, preparation of compensatory scheduling plans - Ability to prepare and present analytical project reports tailored to the project audience and stakeholders - Mastering Primavera (P6) software - Ability to evaluate and audit the project planning and control methodology in implementation and, if necessary, improve it - Ability to teach project management topics to the project organization and team Degree: Master of Industrial Engineering Place of employment: Tehran * Priority is given to applicants who have a professional project management degree (PMP) or have a project management certificate from the Iran Project Management Association.
