Job Description

- Create and administer content on all social media platforms
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and social media KPIs
- Create engaging written content (Farsi and English) for website and social networks
- Monitor the company's brand on social media
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness (nationally and internationally)
- Administer the charity’s international affairs
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
- Provide manager with required reports in a timely manner

Requirements

- University degree with focus on public relations or communications - 2 years of relevant experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Farsi and English) - Excellent analytical and time-management skills - Experience in creating content for the web and growing a social audience - Team player - Familiar with the concepts of social media marketing and advertising
