Job Description
The Sensory Leader will manage and develop the sensory team and the lab, train routinely the team members and calibrate, generate product development specific sensory and stability reports for guidance.
This role is based in Factory in Saveh city.
- Design and develop new sensory protocols for the company
- Document and publish the SOPs in the internal control System
- Screen and identify right sensory team members and train them
- Upgrade the lab as required to suit the requirements
- Develop stability testing protocols for the company
- Carry out the suitable stability test for the NPD and evaluate the samples timely
- Process and share the results and recommendations of the stability studies
- Generate regular and special reports that summarize and forecast business activities and escalate critical issues to provide effective recommendations in meeting the key challenges.
