Job Description

Duties / Tasks:
• Carrying out risk assessments and site inspections
• Identifying potential hazards
• Determining ways of reducing risks
• Compiling statistics and writing reports
• Running health and safety meetings as needed
• Investigating accidents, incidents, near misses, site filed report
• Ensuring that used equipment and machines are calibrated and inspected.
• Delivery the HSE reports to HSE manager
Responsibilities:
• General understanding of the latest version of company’s ISO standards.
• Full compliance with Corporate Policies and Standards stipulated in the “Employee Hand Book”.
• Implementation of the policies and standards in specific work environment and the assigned tasks and duties.
The standards are as follows:
- ISO 9001 - Quality Management System.
- ISO 14001 – Environment Management System
- OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Assessment System
ISO/TS 29001 – Quality Management Systems. Sector Specific (Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural Gas Industries)
• Uphold IOID’s objective of Customer Satisfaction and comply fully with the Service Agreement between IOID and its clients.
Authorities:
• Updating and controlling QHSE Documents and Procedures
• Stop Working, by unsafe actions

Requirements

Required Academic Education / Relevant Work Experience: • Associate degree / BS degree (Safety engineering, Industrial Safety, Occupational health, ...) • Minimum 2 years' experience Preferred Required Skills: • Advance in MS office specially in Office package • Sufficient Knowledge of risk assessment in oil and gas industries • Good at English language for communication • Ability to organize and hold HSE meeting
